Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Financial Health Assessment is the starting point for all coaching. Think of it as your financial 'bloodwork'—a clear, structured way to identify what's working, what's not, and what needs attention first. It helps us build a plan based on facts, not assumptions.

  • You'll receive personalized financial coaching, a step-by-step action plan, in-person or virtual sessions every 3 weeks, weekly check-ins, and hands-on help with budgeting, savings, debt, and long-term strategy. Each phase builds on the last—starting with urgent issues and moving toward long-term control.

  • Not at all. Coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their financial system—whether you're overwhelmed by debt, trying to save more, or simply want to optimize and grow. We meet you where you are and build from there.

  • We'll only ask for what's essential—and everything you share is private and judgment-free. Our goal is to help, not judge. You can go at your own pace, and we'll guide you through what's needed step-by-step.

  • Apps are great for tracking—but they don't replace strategy or coaching. I help you understand why your system works or doesn't, teach you how to change it, and stay with you through implementation and setbacks. No app can do that.

  • Yes—but from a coaching lens. I'll help you understand your options, clarify what fits your goals, and prepare you to make informed decisions. I don't sell products, so the advice is fully focused on your best interest.

  • Yes. I often coach couples and families to help them align on financial priorities, reduce conflict, and build joint systems that support their shared goals.
